Subscription Services:

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, it cannot be refunded. IT Development Solution Projects:

Payments for IT development solution projects are non-refundable. Customers have the option to cancel the service at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the amount paid. However, any remaining balance can be used for future services or projects.

Physical Goods Exchange:

For physical goods, we offer an exchange option only. We do not provide refunds for returned items. Customers may exchange defective or damaged items for the same product within 2 days of receiving the order. Exchange is only applicable for items that are defective or received in unsatisfactory condition. Garbage items are also eligible for exchange. The exchange process must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

Digital Services:

Payments for digital services, including but not limited to software licenses, digital downloads, and online courses, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility and suitability before purchasing digital services. In the event of technical issues or problems with accessing the digital content, customers may contact our support team for assistance.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order items, are non-refundable. Once production has commenced on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and approving designs before production begins.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the wrong item was shipped or the item received is defective or damaged. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping items due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by carrier issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Customers may contact our support team for assistance in tracking lost or delayed shipments, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.

International Shipping:

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our control.
